Refund policy

Ilahui operates with a “Final Sale” policy. However, if the item(s) you purchased or ordered online has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or online store credit under the following conditions:

  • Defective items – Products with manufacturing defects.
  • Damaged items – Items damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect items – You received the wrong product(s).

To be eligible, you must notify Ilahui within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of defect, damage, or incorrect items. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Store credit applies to the product(s) subtotal only.
  • Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer will be credited for the item(s) subtotal only.
  • Ilahui reserves the right to refuse or limit store credit at its discretion.
