Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Store credit applies to the product(s) subtotal only.
Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer will be credited for the item(s) subtotal only.
Ilahui reserves the right to refuse or limit store credit at its discretion.
